The purpose of this policy is to inform you how Satori Sessions collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with our website and membership services. It does not replace our Terms of Service, which govern the contractual relationship between you and us.

This policy applies to the Satori Sessions website (satori-sessions.com) and to the personal data we process when you browse the site, create an account, subscribe to membership, join the waitlist, download content, or contact us about the service.

4. Personal data collected
- Membership payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Zelle (if offered): confirmation + email/memo only to match payment to your member account and unlock access.
- Technical: login session cookie; language preference in localStorage.
5. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to operate and improve Satori Sessions: to create and manage your account, provide membership access to sessions and downloads, process payments and unlock access, respond to your requests, send service-related communications (such as receipts and account notices), and keep the platform secure and reliable.
Where you join the waitlist or request a free pack, we use your contact details to deliver that content and related updates you asked for. We do not use your data to sell it to third parties.
6. Payments
Satori Sessions membership ($9.99/mo) is billed through Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. If you pay via Zelle (when offered), we only use the confirmation and email/memo to match your payment and unlock membership access.
7. Recipients and processors
We may share personal data with trusted service providers who help us run Satori Sessions — for example payment processors (such as Stripe), hosting providers, and email delivery tools. These providers act on our instructions and only for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer, always limited to what is necessary.
8. Retention
We keep account and membership records while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for security, disputes, and legal/accounting needs. Waitlist and booking-request records are kept as long as needed to operate those flows, then deleted or anonymized. Payment records follow Stripe’s and our accounting retention.
9. Your rights
Email sessions@lara-hq.com to request access to your data, correct it, or delete your account. We will respond in a reasonable time.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (including hashed passwords and HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie for sign-in and localStorage for language preference (and related product flags). You can clear these in your browser.
12. Age
Satori Sessions is intended for people 18 and older.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
