1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Satori Sessions (satori-sessions.com), creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of your relationship with us.
2. The service
Satori Sessions is a membership platform offering behind-the-board sessions, downloads, notes, and related member content. Features may change over time as we improve the product. Access to specific content may depend on your membership status.

4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Membership and billing
Paid membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers. Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Content and license
All sessions, videos, audio, downloads, text, branding, and other materials on Satori Sessions are owned by us or our licensors. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use member content for your own learning and creative work.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, re-upload, or otherwise share sessions, downloads, or other member materials (in whole or in part), or share your login so others can access them. Personal creative use of what you learn is fine; copying or circulating our files or full sessions is not.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or bulk downloading beyond normal personal use, no reverse engineering where prohibited, no hacking or disrupting the site, no uploading unlawful or infringing material, and no using the service in ways that harm other users or our systems.
8. Disclaimers
The service and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Educational and creative materials are for information and inspiration; results in your own work are not guaranteed. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the service will meet every expectation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for membership in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the product. Upon termination, your license to member content ends, except for copies you lawfully retained for personal use where we previously allowed download.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
